Spectra Prediction

UV-adVISor is a machine learning model that maps SMILES to predicted wavelength spectra of a compound between 400-700nm.

"Plot graph online" will generate a plot of your predicted spectra. "Export to CSV" will allow you to download the spectra prediction, (each column corresponds to a single nanometer wavelength value). All predictions are normalized between 0 and 1.
